MA, LCSW #60858, MBA candidate. Builder of behavioral health systems by day, six-time marathon finisher, die-hard Liverpool supporter, and full-time dad of two by every other hour.
From 2021 to 2026, I led regional operations across Sacramento, Solano, and Yolo counties for Bay Area Community Services, growing the region from a single crisis navigation program and 13 staff into a full portfolio of programs, including the agency's Full Service Partnership (FSP) build, with 200+ staff across the region. In 2026, I'm joining WellSpace Health as Vice President of Co-occurring Continuum Services. Off the clock, I coach leaders through Cadence Leadership+Communication, and I currently serve as VP of the Association of Behavioral Health Contractors.
WellSpace Health: incoming, starting 2026.
Bay Area Community Services: drove regional growth, contract strategy, and multi-county expansion.
BACS: built the Sacramento region's clinical and administrative infrastructure from scratch.
Heritage Oaks Hospital. Ran intake and admissions for the hospital, overseeing 500+ 5150 (involuntary hold) crisis evaluations a year and building out staff training on 5150 assessment and intake protocol. Later added Outpatient Services and stood up the HOPE Center as its first Administrator.
Alameda Health System and County of Yolo: rose from Psychiatric Social Worker to Access & Crisis Services Manager.
Married, with two kids keeping me humble: a 10-year-old and an 8-year-old. Everything above is only possible with my wife as a partner in it; she makes the whole thing work.

Every marathon is the same negotiation: legs versus willpower somewhere around mile 20. Six times in, willpower's undefeated.
Whether it's a county contract, a coaching conversation, or just talking Liverpool's back four, always happy to connect.
